SPECIAL NOTE:-

  1. It is observed that some students are in the habit of absenting from Surprise Test and Mid Term Test on one pretext or the other. Those who fail to take surprise test will have to appear for the same after payment of Rs. 200/- for each paper as Repeat Examination Fee and Rs. 500/- for each paper as repeat examination Fee for Mid Term Examinations. Failure to appear at Repeat Examinations for both Surprise Test and Mid Term Test will seriously affect the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) since such students will be marked ZERO in the respective papers of the examinations.
  2. Students are instructed to be regular in attending the classes. Students who fall short of the mandatory Attendance (i.e. 75%) will not be allowed to take the End Semester Examination. Consequently such students will have to put up attendance for those papers in the next year along with their juniors after payment of readmission fee of Rs. 1000/- for each paper where they failed to get 75% attendance.
  3. Faculty members shall be present in the Headquarters to provide guidance to the students and research scholars during the period of winter and summer placements.
  4. Repeat Surprise test will cover the portions covered from the beginning of the Semester to two days before the date of Repeat Surprise test.
  5. Repeat Mid Term Test will cover the portions covered from the beginning of the Semester to two days before the date of Repeat Mid Term test.
  6. Mid Semester Examination will cover the portions covered from the beginning of the Semester.
  7. End Semester Examination will cover the portions covered from the beginning of the Semester.
  8. No academic leave will be granted for preparation of Memorials.
