Date 30th June 2010 - NOTICE FOR THE FOREIGN NATIONALS / NRI / NRI SPONSORED CANDIDATES For the admission to B.A. LLB(Hons.) Course 2010-11 ;- Due to some unavoidable circumstances the admissions date for the provisionally selected candidates under the Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI Sponsored categories to B.A. LLB(Hons.) Course 2010-11 has been shifted from 05th July 2010 to 7th July 2010 and for the waitlisted candidates from 06th July 2010 to 8th July 2010.

1.CNLU admits 20 candidates directly under Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI Sponsored seats. Candidates who wish to apply under the above categories shall submit the duly filled in application forms which can be downloaded from our web site www.cnlu.ac.in with all supporting documents along with crossed DD for Rs. 5000/- in favour of Registrar, Chanakya National Law University, Patna on or before Monday the 14th June 2010. Selected candidates will be informed through their e-mail/university web site. Their merit list will be determined on the basis of their 10+2 marks. If the merit is still the same then the marks of 10th standard will be taken into consideration. If still there is no change in rank then higher in age shall get preference. Candidates under Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI Sponsored seats will be admitted, subject to vacancy and in order of merit. Selected candidates should complete the admission formalities by paying required fees in full (Rs. 2.45 Lakhs) on Monday, 5th July 2010. For further details contact Registrar on Mob. Those students who have filled in application form for admission to B.A. LL.B (Hons.) course 2010-11 under Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI sponsored categories and have not submitted marksheet of 10+2 & 10th standard are requested to send their marksheet of 10+2 & 10th standard on or before 18th june 2010. Failing which their application for admission shall not be considered in this regard.

2.Domiciled viz; SC/ST/BC-I/BC-II/WBC, candidates of Bihar only are eligible to take admission under the reserved categories to the B.A. LL.B(Hons.) course and Post Graduate programme (LL.M) as per the Bihar(in admission in educational institution) Reservation Act 2003 (Bihar Act 16 of 2003).
The candidates domiciled of Bihar belonging to SC/ST/BC-I/BC-II/WBC, category should send the relevant caste certificate issued by the competent authority to the office of CLAT-2010 by fax-0755-2696724 or by e-mail clathelpdesk@gmail.com latest by 5:00 pm on or before 8th June 2010.
