The sealed Quotations are invited for supply, installations, testing, and commissioning of split AC in CNLU building. Pre-Bid Meeting : 21.03.2012 at 11.00 am at the Registrar’s Chamber. Submission of Quotation : 21.03.2012 by 3.00 pm. Opening of Technical Bid : 21.03.2012 at 4.00 pm. Opening of Financial Bid : 22.03.2012 at 3.00 pm. EMD : 2% of the total quoted amount. The cost of quotation document of Rs. 1000/- will be remitted by Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, CNLU, Patna.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built modular type Hi wall split Units (Air Cooled), 3 star rating with remote control Air Conditioner units of any approved reputed make viz. Voltas / LG / Samsung / Hitachi with Rotary compressor R-22 duty, complete with Indoor units consisting of copper tube cooling coil horizontal copper coils with AI fans. Blower of reputed make with low noise level, air filters, Outdoor units with single unit consisting of Rotary compressor. Suction and discharge temperature 35o F and 130oF respectively. The compressor shall have necessary accessories. Condenser shall have copper coil AI fans directly driven by motor. Accessories : Safety valve, hot gas connection, liquid trap purge Valves, fusiable plug charging valves, thermostat, ON/OFF control, expansion device, solonoid valve, refrigrant pipe duly insulated as far as possible. The unit accessories shall be properly insulated. The rate should be inclusive of stabilizer of approved make.

The sealed quotation with EMD @ 2% value of quoted amount in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of REGISTRAR CNLU, PATNA along with the technical Bid of the quotation.
Additional Conditions
- Dealers having ready stock need only quote.
- The material has to be inspected by CNLU representative before it is installed and commissioned at CNLU.
- The work has to be completed within one week from the date of the work-order.
- The price should be inclusive of normal installation with at least two years free servicing guarantee.
- The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes / VAT’s, delivery and installation etc. complete.
- The quotationer will have to submit quotation in two envelope system- one for the Technical Bid and another for Financial Bid- and both envelopes should be inserted in one envelope.
- The number of air conditioner may be increased or decreased by the authority as per requirement.
- The CNLU authority reserves the right to reject or cancel the quotation without assigning any reason.
