A. Provisionally Selected Candidates
The following candidates are hereby informed that they are provisionally selected for admission to B.A. LL.B (Hons.) course 2012-13 under Foreign Nationals / NRI / NRI Sponsored Candidates Categories.
They are requested to come personally for finalisation of their admission between 02:00 PM & 05:00 PM from 20th June 2012 to 22nd June 2012 at Registrar`s Chamber (Administrative Block) failing which they forfeit their admission in this University for this academic session i.e. 2012-13.
They are advised to bring demand draft of Rs. 2,75,000/- (Two Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Registrar, Chanakya National Law University, Patna payable at Patna. At the time of admission candidates have to bring all original documents listed below. List of provisionally selected candidates.

B. Wait Listed Candidates
Further vacant seat, if any, will be filled in from the following wait listed candidates on the basis of percentage of 10+2 marks. The provisional admission of the wait listed candidates will be finalised on 26th June 2012 between 02:00 PM & 05:00 PM at Registrar`s Chamber (Administrative Block) failing which they forfeit their admission in this University for this academic session i.e. 2012-13.
They are advised to bring demand draft of Rs. 2,75,000/- (Two Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of Registrar, Chanakya National Law University, Patna payable at Patna. Documents required at the time of admission
- School/College Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate (Original)
- Migration Certificate (Original)
- Character Certificate (Original) from the institution last attended indicating that he/she has never been found guilty of misconduct during the study period.
- Mark Sheet of Matriculation (Attested photocopy and original for verification)
- Mark Sheet of Intermediate (Attested photocopy and original for verification)
- Photo Copy of Passport & Visa of the Sponsorer
- Original Letter of the candidate`s sponsorer.
- Medical Certificate of good health along with blood group.
- Caste Certificate (Attested photocopy and original for verification for the reserved category candidates)
- Eight Passport size photographs.
- One Passport size photograph of the Local Guardian who shall be a near/close relative.
- Admit Card of CLAT – 2012 (Original signed by the invigilator)
- Receipt of the online/bank fee payment (Original/ DD of Rs 2,75,000/-
Note:
The candidates are directed to come with their uniforms. The dress code is compulsory for all the official functions and the Moot Courts (including intra) of the University. The uniforms consist of black trousers, white shirt, black coat, black tie and black shoes.
The candidates are directed to bring with them the following articles for stay in the Halls of Residence (Hostel). Mattress (6` x 3`), bed sheets, pillow, pillow case, mosquito net, towels, bucket, mug, toilet articles, mirror, necessary clothing, lock with triplicate keys, etc.
The classes for the First Semester (2012-12 Batch) will commence from 1st week of July, 2012.
