Dr. Dwivedi joined CNLU as Assistant Professor of Law on 2nd Feb 2009. He started his academic career teaching Constitutional Law and Criminal Law since 2003. He did his LL.B. from Gorakhpur Univ., LL.M. from Bhopal Univ. and Ph.D. from CNLU. He qualified UGC-NET while pursuing LL.M. He has ten years of teaching experience in law and also having research experience in guiding LL.M. / Ph.D. scholars. He has attended many National and International Seminars and presented papers. He wrote a good number of articles in various Journals/Magazines and News Papers.

At present, he is holding various administrative positions like Associate Dean- Student’s Affairs, Warden-Boy’s Hostel in Chanakya National law University. In addition to teaching, he has been Assistant Superintendent (Examination), Member of Proctorial Board and Academic Coordinator before joining CNLU.
