The above specified product should not be a Chinese. Interested agency may submit their quotations to the office of Registrar, CNLU on or before 03.05.2011 by 3.00pm. Quotations will be opened at 3.30 pm in Registrar’s chamber where all quoters are requested to be present. University reserves the right to accept or reject the quotation without assigning any reason.

Tender Notice No. - 2/2011, Dated 01/04/2011

Chanakya National Law University has developed its 18 Acres campus at Mithapur, Patna. The campus has been landscaped by professionals and has more than hundred varieties of specimen, exotic and rare plants. Large grass lawns have also been developed.

Tenders are invited from the Horticultural organizations having minimum 10 years experience in maintenance of public/institutional parks/gardens. The annual maintenance contract will be for one year with terminable clause of one month’s clear notice from the Agency to employer and one month notice from employer to Agency provided the employer is not satisfied with the performance of the Agency. However, the university authority reserve the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason thereof if it appears to the authority at any point of time that the activity/performance of the Agency or its employee is detrimental to the interest of the university, staff or students. The annual maintenance rate shall be inclusive of all the horticultural maintenance imputes i.e. tools, implement, manure chemicals and professional manpower etc. the interested organization may apply on or before 11/04/2011 by 3:00 pm with clear rate inclusive of all charges and taxes and proof of their experience and work executed. Clear proof of horticulture experience will have to provided. The bid will be opened on 11/04/2011 at 4:00 pm in the chamber of Registrar, CNLU, where the tenderes are advised to be present.

The Horticulture Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.

Approximately 500 pcs. Chair with writing pad in Supreme Cell quality seat fitted with 15"x24" in 18 mm folding Writing Pad with laminated board in iron pipe of 16 Gauge. Quotations should reach to Registrar on or before 23/03/2011 by 5.00 PM and it will be finalised on the same date at 5:30 pm in presence of the representative of quoter firm. Hence the quoters are requested to be present at the time of opening the quotations. Firm selected shall supply the Chairs within one month from the date of supply order.
