Tulika Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, and a doctoral researcher in law at the same institution. She holds an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from KIIT School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.

Teaching / Research Experience
She is presently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Chanakya National Law University, Patna, where she teaches undergraduate law courses including Evidence Law, Property Law, Contract law, Partnership, and the Sale of Goods. Prior to joining CNLU, she was associated with O.P. Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, where she served as an Assistant Lecturer and earlier as a Teaching and Research in Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow and Academic Tutor, during which she taught undergraduate courses in Family Law and Constitutional Law.
Her research output includes peer-reviewed journal articles and Scopus-indexed book chapters addressing witness protection, procedural safeguards for victims, constitutional equality, artificial intelligence and mental health governance, and international legal frameworks on gender justice. Her LL.M. dissertation on sedition law in India critically examined the constitutional limits of state power in relation to freedom of speech and expression. Her research experience includes work as a Research Associate at the Centre for Justice, Law and Society, O.P. Jindal Global Law School, where she worked on issues relating to transgender rights and access to justice. She has also gained substantial research and editorial experience through her association with SCC Online (EBC Publishing Pvt. Ltd.) as a Legal Editor and with LiveLaw Media Pvt. Ltd. as a Desk Editor, contributing to legal research, case analysis, and the dissemination of judicial and legislative developments.
