About
Ms. Shambhavi Shivani has recently joined Chanakya National Law University, Patna, as a faculty member. Her academic background and professional experience are rooted in international commercial law, corporate law, and consumer protection. She has received her legal education from nationally and internationally reputed institutions and has gained practical exposure across litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. Her academic orientation is interdisciplinary, combining doctrinal legal research with commercial and regulatory perspectives.
Qualification
Ms. Shambhavi Shivani holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow, where she was awarded the University of Glasgow International Leadership Scholarship. She has also completed a Certificate Course on The Law and Economics of Mergers and Acquisitions from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She completed her integrated B.B.A., LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. Her secondary and higher secondary education was completed at Notre Dame Academy, Patna, under the CBSE curriculum.

Her research experience has developed through postgraduate academic training, structured legal internships, and independent research projects undertaken during her legal education.
