About
Dr. Manwendra Kumar Tiwari joined CNLU Patna in January 2026 as a Professor in Constitutional Law. He been a part of the legal academia since 2008. Previously, he has taught at RMLNLU Lucknow (10 years), HNLU Raipur (2 years), and DNLU Jabalpur (6 years). His primary interests include Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence and Research Methodology. His work finds home in international and national journals, including the International Journal for the Semiotics of Law (Springer), Constitutional Review (Constitutional Court of Indonesia), Indian Law Review (Taylor & Francis), Indian Journal of International Law (Springer), Economic & Political Weekly, and others. He is a regular contributor to LiveLaw. He is the revising author for the PSA Pillai’s book on Jurisprudence (EBC, 2026). He has been a contributor to UGC’s e-PG Pathshala for multiple modules. He has participated in the 9th Biennial Asian Society of International Law Conference in Indonesia (August 2023). He will present his work at the upcoming ICONS Annual Conference in Dublin in July 2026.
