Mr. Taha Bin Tasneem is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Chanakya National Law University, Patna. He holds an LL.M. (International Law) from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. LL.B. (Honours) from the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He is the recipient of the Chevening Scholarship awarded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He previously led the litigation work of Mission Accessibility, a Delhi-based disability rights organisation, appearing before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court and other fora in matters primarily concerning disability rights as well as service, electricity and education laws.
